The 3rd St and 4th St Viaducts
While unspectacular visually, 3rd - Summit viaduct
is important as part of the first throughfare plan in Columbus
in getting traffic to the north from the downtown business district.
This picture was taken after the I-670 reconstruction
from near High St in September, 2003
The 4th St bridge on the other hand, has been around
for a very long time (by evidence of the bricks and support arches)
and now crosses part of I-670 where there used to be many railroad
tracks leading to the old Union Station.
