Mehring Way westbound (US 27 north and US 52 west) under the Suspension Bridge (KY 17, even on the Ohio side). This was a detour for US 50 when US 50 west was closed on Fort Washington Way (the I-71 multiplex). It was also a new alignment for US 27, which used to run on Pete Rose Way. The US 27 realignment looks permanent though.
